Naheem Garcia (he/him/el) is a veteran actor, theatre educator, and teaching artist with over 30 years of experience. A bilingual artist who immigrated from Cuba to Boston, his work is rooted in performance, education, and cultural storytelling.
He trained at the New African Company, where he has served as a Distinguished Artist-in-Residence since 2004, and has spent decades as a teaching artist with The Huntington Theatre. He is also the founder of NG Edutainment, an arts education program dedicated to empowering young people through performance.
Naheem’s work reflects a lifelong commitment to arts education, access, and community engagement.
